Hi,

Thanks to everyone who joined us last week to celebrate the launch of our 2026/27 Rejuvenate Travel Guide.

It was a fantastic evening celebrating our region and the businesses that helped bring the guide to life. We also had the opportunity to welcome our new CEO, Joel Chadwick, while farewelling and thanking Interim CEO Paul Matthews for his contribution to DCV.

If you’d like to stock the Rejuvenate Travel Guide at your business, click the button below to place an order. We’ll arrange delivery so you can share the guide with your visitors and inspire them to discover more of Victoria’s Heartland.

Our Investment Priorities for 2026/27

Also on the night, our Chair, Dianne Smith, unveiled Destination Central Victoria’s Investment Priorities for 2026/27.

The document outlines the key priorities we’ll be advocating for on behalf of our region and industry, focusing on the infrastructure, experiences and investment needed to support a strong and sustainable visitor economy.

With the 2026 Victorian State Election approaching, these priorities will guide our advocacy with government and key decision-makers over the coming months.

PR wins

We’ve secured a strong run of media coverage recently, with DCV coordinating and hosting media visits from a range of publications. The resulting coverage has showcased Victoria’s Heartland to a combined audience of more than 2+ million people.
