As a tourism operator, you are able to register and access regional images and videos through the Visit Victoria Content Hub.

Their site houses a collection of images, videos and stock footage of Victoria.

Access to the library is available to travel and lifestyle media, tourism industry, education institutions, event companies and government agencies.

How do I register?

At the bottom of their website there is a Request Access button. 

  1. Fill in the Access Request form, making sure to answer all the mandatory fields (marked with an asterisk).
  2. You will not be able to submit the form if any mandatory fields are left blank.
  3. The site administrators will be informed of your registration request and will usually assess the application within 2 business days.

How to do a keyword search?

The simplest way to search for items is to type a word or phrase into the search box and tap the magnifying glass to execute the search. And further narrow down your selection using the filter options. More information available here.

The results will feature all items that have the word (or words) in any part of their file information and metadata.

You can add more keywords separated by a comma.

AND, OR searching

By default all searches are AND, that is, only items containing ALL the search terms will be returned.

If you wish to do an OR search you can type the word OR in capitals or lowercase between two terms.

Examples:

  • ocean or sea
  • pet OR animal

Cancel Search

Click the back arrow at the top left of the search results to go back to the previous page.

How to order

Adding items

  1. To select an item, select the checkbox in the top left corner of the item
  2. Select your preferred image and review the details by clicking on the thumbnail to reveal the asset information panel. When you’re ready to download the asset scroll to the bottom of the panel, select your preferred size and click on the download button. More details can be found here.
  3. Alternatively, you can download multiple assets using collections.
  4. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and item/s will be downloaded.
