The Awards have assisted the Victorian Tourism Industry for over 30 years in striving for excellence. During this period, more than 4,000 businesses have entered the Awards and have benefited through thorough examination of their business practice, with many recognised as winners at a national level.
The Awards encourage businesses to meet and exceed industry standards and play an integral role in acknowledging business excellence, innovation, professionalism and collaboration.
Winners and finalists are announced at the industry’s night of nights, the annual Victorian Tourism Awards Gala Ceremony. Around 900 industry professionals from across the state gather to celebrate, network and share their success with great food and entertainment.
The Victorian Tourism Awards recognise winners in 28 business and 3 individual categories. Gold winners of categories 1-26 automatically receive entry to compete at the Australian Tourism Awards.
