  • Deadlines & Payment Options

    Pay Up Front: All items shall be booked and invoiced with payment terms of 30 days. These terms are strictly enforceable.

    Direct Debit: This payment option facilitates improved cash flow management for your business by evenly spreading payments throughout the current financial year. This option is applicable to packages exceeding a value of $1000 + GST. Only Direct Debit or Credit Card payment methods are accepted under this option. An establishment fee of $25 shall be levied on all Direct Debit accounts. A transaction fee of 1.5% shall be applicable to all credit card transactions. Full payment of the invoice needs to be made in full 2 weeks prior to the map going to print.

    Cancellations: Any cancellation of an order must be communicated within 30 days of order confirmation. Failure to do so shall result in the retention of 50% of the total charge by Destination Central Victoria. Non-compliance with this requirement shall result in exclusion from the product.

  • It is your responsibility to fully check your artwork/content for any errors or misspellings, as Destination Central Victoria is unable to accept responsibility for any errors after the listing has been approved for printing.
