Joel is highly experienced in tourism, destination management and regional development, and has led major visitor economy strategies, industry programs and regional partnerships across Central Victoria. He is also Chair of Australian Regional Tourism and is passionate about growing a sustainable and prosperous visitor economy that benefits communities, businesses and visitors across Victoria's Heartland.

Madeleine is your go‑to person for all things PR, media and content. She drives the voice of the region through compelling, consistent and high‑quality content across our online channels and printed collateral. She also looks after all media enquiries and visits, helps spread the word about upcoming events, and is always happy to support businesses wanting to strengthen their media presence.
DIGITAL & DESIGN MANAGER
Andrea is our resident creative guru, designing and managing both our consumer and corporate websites. She also leads the design of our marketing and printed collateral, including our popular Rejuvenate Travel Guide. If it needs to look beautiful, clear and on‑brand, Andrea’s behind it.
DIGITAL COMMUNICATIONS MANAGER
Sharon develops and oversees the rollout of our digital marketing initiatives, which include email marketing, data acquisition, and social media (organic and paid) campaigns. Sharon can help you understand how to grow your online presence and leverage our digital audiences.
OFFICE MANAGER & CUSTOMER SERVICE
Cath is our one‑stop shop for all things admin. As our office manager and bookkeeper, she keeps the wheels turning, handling enquiries, accounts, board reports, HR, logistics and everything in between. If it needs organising, coordinating or sorting, Cath is the person making it happen.
